  • You enjoy educating patients and families and helping them feel informed and prepared for discharge and recovery

  • You communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment where coordinated care contributes to a safe and positive surgical experience

  • Patient safety, quality, and attention to detail are central to your nursing practice

  • You value professional nursing standards, evidence-based care, and continuous improvement

  • You are adaptable and comfortable responding to the changing needs of patients within a perioperative environment

  • You bring professionalism, accountability, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to every interaction
