We are a DDD-approved agency providing one-on-one supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of individuals in their homes.

  • Develop individualized care plans based on assessed needs.

  • Provide in-service training to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on individual care plans and best practices.
