Clinical Triage Medical Assistant/LPN/RN – Central Wide Scheduling – Part Time Benefit Eligible

Requirements:

What to expect as Clinical Triage in Central Wide Scheduling:

  • Answer the telephone in a warm, friendly manner.
  • Assess patients' conditions and medical history to determine the urgency and appropriate level of care.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists as necessary.
  • Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Escalate patient concerns via workload message, noting all applicable conditions & requests to the clinical staff.
  • Multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Current RMA, Missouri LPN IV-Certified license, or Missouri RN License.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of ethical and legal billing procedures.
  • Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required.
