Part Time Riverbay Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support to Extermination Department.
• Schedule appointments for Extermination.
• Conduct technical research to assist Extermination Services.
• Coordinating work orders.
• Stay abreast of regulatory agency codes and maintain City/State and other regulatory agency reports and filings.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience and Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years’ administrative experience in a fast-paced, multi-team environment
• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Word and MS Excel)
• Proficiency in using various outlets to conduct research for corporate initiatives

Education/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Associate degree, a plus

Testing:

• Drug screening, as permitted by, and consistent with, applicable law.

Physical Requirements: 

• Persons performing service in this position classification may routinely exert up to 25 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. 
• This type of work will involve regular walking or standing for extended periods. 
• May involve stooping or bending. 
• Handling and working with various materials and objects are important aspects of this job.
