Summary:

Princeton Insurance Agency, now part of the OneDigital family, is seeking an energetic and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our Cambridge-Isantibranch. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting both clients and internal teams.

Position Details:

  • Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week

  • 3 days a week in-office position (Mondays and Fridays required, third day flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact by greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal team members

  • Support Account Managers with client needs, data entry, and administrative tasks

  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting setup, and clean-up (including food ordering as needed)

  • Maintain office supplies (inventory, ordering, and distribution)

  • Maintain office security procedures

  • Support basic insurance related tasks (training provided)

  • Provide occasional backup support to other branch locations (Princeton, Foley, Cambridge)

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to maintain confidentiality

Education, Training and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

  • Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $18 to $21 per hour.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
