Job description

Distribution Center
We are a distributor of electronics and housewares established in 1918. We are currently experiencing phenomenal growth. Positions require use of an RF scanner, Warehouse Management System and powered equipment. We will train on all of the above. Note that we do NOT have positions that are strictly forklift operation. While forklifts are used, it is not for every part of every job.
2nd Shift (Outbound, LTL) is Mon-Fri 3:30pm - 12:00am.
1st Shift can start at 7am, 8am and 10am depending on the positions. Most openings will be for Outbound at 10am.
Please see below for responsibilities and requirements.
• Use RF scanner and WMS to move product into primary locations
• Assist with receiving or put-a-way as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
• Must pass a 4-panel drug test, criminal background and reference checks
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time along racking
• Must be able to see /read small numbers on manufacturer bar codes
• Must be able to climb platform ladders and conveyor cross-over ladders
• Must be able to bend and reach.
