Morgan Pro Services is looking for a Responsible Master Plumber to serve as the licensed point of contact for our growing plumbing department. This is a part-time oversight role ideal for a retired or semi-retired Master Plumber looking for flexible extra income without field work.

Position Summary You will act as the Responsible Master Plumber on file, providing high-level oversight and compliance support for residential property and remodel plumbing projects. No physical installation or field work is required. Your role will focus on ensuring quality standards are met, assisting with hiring decisions, and maintaining proper licensing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Responsible Master Plumber on file with the state
  • Review and approve plumbing work for code compliance
  • Assist with hiring and mentoring plumbing technicians
