Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving inventory, picking and packing customer orders, labeling products, sorting shipments, and maintaining an organized and safe work area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise
  • Pick products accurately based on customer orders
  • Pack and prepare products for shipment
  • Label, scan, sort, and stage inventory
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse computer systems
  • Inspect products for damage or discrepancies
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated locations
  • Load and unload cartons and pallets
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
  • FBA, Amazon, e-commerce, or 3PL experience is a plus
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and transportation
