Kaluz Restaurant is looking for experienced, hospitality-driven Servers to join our Plantation team.

Our Servers create memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and polished service in a high-volume restaurant environment. This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys connecting with guests, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and works well as part of a team.

    What you’ll do

    As a Server, you will:

    • Welcome guests and create a positive dining experience from arrival through departure.
    • Provide knowledgeable guidance regarding menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, wine, cocktails, and food pairings.
    • Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system.
    • Deliver food and beverages promptly while coordinating with culinary, bar, and support teams.
    • Monitor assigned tables, anticipate guest needs, and respond professionally to questions or concerns.
    • Process cash and credit card payments accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
    • Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked tables, service stations, and assigned sections.
    • Complete opening, closing, restocking, and side-work responsibilities.
    • Follow all food-safety, alcohol-service, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
    • Support teammates and assist in other sections when business needs require.
    • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
