Job description

At New Perspective Senior Living, our Sales Directors do not simply sell apartments—they help families make one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives.

We're looking for someone who understands consultative, relationship-based sales and is passionate about helping people find a better way of living. The ideal candidate has experience guiding customers through important lifestyle decisions rather than selling a transactional product.

What Makes Someone Successful

We're especially interested in candidates who have experience selling:

  • Senior living or retirement communities
  • Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care
  • New home communities or active adult (55+) living
  • Hospice, home care, or healthcare services
  • Lifestyle memberships or services that improve quality of life
  • Other consultative sales roles where trust, education, and relationship-building were key to helping someone choose a better living experience
What You'll Do
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families.
  • Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence.
  • Conduct personalized community tours and demonstrate the value of life at New Perspective.
  • Partner with community leaders to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first inquiry through move-in.
  • Develop referral relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including occasional evenings and weekends.

If you're energized by helping people through significant life decisions—not simply closing transactions—we'd love to meet you.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, communications, marketing, or related field.
  • More than 3 years of sales experience in assisted living.
  • Experience with consultative, relationship-based ("people") sales.

Salary
