As a part-time staff member at Renaissance Assisted Living, you will likely assist residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, while providing companionship and support. The primary difference from full-time roles is the number of scheduled hours, which can lead to a more flexible work-life balance but may involve working evenings, weekends, or holidays to meet the needs of residents.
