In this role, you will edit short-form video ads, add motion graphics, and optimize content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads. Your work will directly impact campaign performance and brand consistency.

Responsibilities Edit short-form video ads (6–30 sec) for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and e-commerce campaigns. Apply dynamic cuts, text overlays, motion graphics, and sound design to maximize engagement. Color correct, retouch, and optimize footage for different platforms (aspect ratios, captions, etc.).

Collaborate with marketers to align edits with campaign KPIs (CTR, conversions, retention). Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, tutorials) into snackable ad clips. Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times (1–3 days per edit). Must-Have 2+ years of video editing experience, preferably in ads, e-commerce, or agency environments. Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
