Dunwoody is seeking aPart-Time Data Analytics Student Workerto support our team with building and maintainingPower BI dashboards, performing basic data analysis, and assisting with ad hoc data-related tasks. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience using data to support decision-making in a real-world environment.
The student worker will work closely with staff to translate questions and requirements into clear, accurate, and visually effective dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, and maintainPower BI dashboards
  • Import, clean, and transform data usingPower Query
  • Apply basicDAX calculations(measures, calculated columns)
  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, well-organized, and user-friendly
  • Respond to feedback and make iterative improvements
  • Assist with testing dashboards and verifying data accuracy
  • Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to support transparency and continuity.
  • Support small, ad hoc data requests from staff
  • Help organize datasets, files, and report documentation
  • Learn and follow data governance and privacy practices
  • Attend meetings to understand reporting needs
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in: Web Programming & Database Development (CWEB) or related computer field
  • Experience with or coursework usingPower BI
