Be the First Voice Families Hear on Their Journey to Better Communication
Speech Teachers of North Georgia is a growing therapist-owned pediatric practice seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our practice, you'll help guide families through the first steps of their child's therapy journey. Every phone call, email, and interaction is an opportunity to provide encouragement, build trust, and help children access life-changing speech and language services.

What You'll Do
• Welcome and support families with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule evaluations and therapy appointments.
• Coordinate communication with families, physicians, schools, and therapists.
• Guide new families through the intake and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records using Google Workspace and our practice management software.
• Help improve office systems and contribute ideas as our practice grows.
What We're Looking For
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, confident phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail).
• Comfortable learning RingCentral and other software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Schedule
• Remote position
• Part-time, 15 to 20 hours per week
• Monday through Friday daytime hours
