Part-Time Remote Customer Service RepresentativeAaron Services: Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
Fully Remote Within Georgia | Approximately 22 Hours per Week, With Additional Hours Available

Help Us Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
Aaron Services is a family-owned plumbing, heating, and cooling company serving homeowners throughout the greater Atlanta area suburbs since 1978. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in a part-time, fully remote position.
You’ll often be the first person a customer speaks with, so professional, reassuring communication and a commitment to excellent service are essential. We’re a positive, upbeat team with high standards, and we’re always happy to support one another.
Schedule
  • Friday: 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 7:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 7:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Additional hours may be available based on company needs and employee availability.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer contacts by phone, email, and text
  • Schedule plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning appointments in ServiceTitan
  • Gather and accurately record customer, property, and service information
  • Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the scheduling process
  • Convey messages and important information to technicians, managers, and other team members
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Assist with other administrative work as needed
  • Help ensure every customer receives friendly, responsive service
Remote-Work Requirements

The employee must be located in and perform all work from within Georgia.
During scheduled hours, the employee must work from a quiet, distraction-free workspace and remain available at a computer to answer calls, respond to messages, schedule appointments, and fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Reliable high-speed internet and a dependable computer setup are required.
