What You’ll Do

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and communications with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Prepare and organize sensitive documents and communications, maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Coordinate remote and virtual meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
  • Assist with special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely execution.
  • Serve as a professional interface between the CEO, board/committee members, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports if necessary.
  • Maintain organized digital files and critical information for easy access.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a senior administrative role supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
