Job description

ERMis hiring remoteUtility Project Support Specialiststo support our client based in theDanville, IL area. In this critical role, you will be supporting the client by handling customer inquiries in response to our client's utility line project notifications. Project information and training will be provided so that calls can be handled in an efficient manner. This is a remote part-time (20 hours/week), limited-term role for a duration of12 months, extendable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage large amount of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Track inquiries by using various software applications (training to be provided)
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • One (1) to three (3) years minimum working in a Customer Interface or Call Center environment.
  • Ability to work part-time shifts (8AM - 12PM, 11AM - 3PM, or 2PM - 6PM ET),

Pay Transparency:

For the Utility Project Support Specialist position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $58,240 - $72,800, or $28.00-$35.00 USD/hrUSD, limited-term, non-exempt. An employee's pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where employee's fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/Flexforce employees are NOT bonus eligible).

*Benefits Eligibility is limited to Regular employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week.
