Role Overview:
The Marketing Specialist Intern is responsible for supporting the marketing team by assisting with marketing duties such as marketing campaigns, event planning, tradeshows, webinars, research, etc. Cutsforth, Inc. is looking for individuals who are eager and willing to learn and produce effective marketing materials, campaigns, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with event planning and logistics, such as packing and shipping materials for tradeshows, along with creating, promoting, and executing webinars.
  • Assist with social media marketing, mainly targeting LinkedIn.
  • Create and audit content pieces, both customer-facing and internal, and submit them through the required review process prior to publication.
  • Commit to continual self-guided education to gain relevant knowledge on product and service offerings, tech stack, relevant industries, clients, talk tracks, and general marketing practices.
  • Meet weekly with supervisor to review activities and ensure alignment with overall company priorities.
  • Track relevant metrics for marketing activities such as overall impressions, conversions, and company revenue impact.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive and professional image of Cutsforth with exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to learn current Cutsforth marketing software programs (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, Constant Contact, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working toward a degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • Proficient at navigating LinkedIn and other similar tools.
Other Qualifications:
  • Successfully pass background check for cybersecurity site access.
  • Must be able to multitask while remaining highly organized.
  • Must be a team player with the highest level of integrity and a positive attitude.
  • Must work efficiently and autonomously.
  • Must display excellent communication skills and have a passion for advertising strategies.
