What are some common challenges faced by part-time remote RF Engineers, and how can they be managed?

Part-time remote RF Engineers often encounter challenges such as staying updated with rapidly evolving technologies, maintaining effective communication with on-site teams, and managing hands-on tasks that require physical presence. To address these, it’s important to leverage collaboration tools, schedule regular check-ins with colleagues, and clearly communicate availability and expectations. Additionally, maintaining a proactive approach to learning and participating in remote training sessions can help you stay competitive and efficient in your role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Part Time Remote RF Engineer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Part Time Remote RF Engineer, you need a solid understanding of radio frequency principles, circuit design, and wireless communication systems, often backed by a degree in electrical engineering or a related field. BCBA (Remote) – NY LBA Required | Flexible Schedule

Location: 100% Remote (New York clients)
Job Type: Part-Time / Contract
Schedule: After-school hours, evenings & weekends

Make a Meaningful Impact — On Your Schedule

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking BCBA who wants more than just hours—they want flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to truly support underserved families.

  • Consistent Referrals – Steady flow of NY-based clients

  • Purpose-Driven Work – Serve Arabic-speaking families who need culturally competent care

  • Streamlined Support – Focus on clinical work, not administrative burden

  • Conduct FBAs and create individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Supervise RBTs/behavior technicians remotely

  • Review data, adjust programming, and ensure client progress

  • Partner with families and caregivers to support outcomes

  • Maintain compliance, timely documentation

What You Must Have (Non-Negotiables)

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Fluent Arabic (required)

  • Active New York LBA

  • Affiliation with New York Medicaid

  • Ability to provide services during after-school/evening/weekend hours

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You value flexibility and autonomy

  • You’re comfortable delivering telehealth ABA services

  • You’re passionate about serving diverse and underserved communities

  • You want a low-friction, clinician-focused work environment

Schedule Snapshot
