• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on therapeutic interventions that enhance the mental and emotional health of clients.
• Facilitate discussions with clients that allow them to explore their feelings and experiences, encouraging personal insight into their challenges.
• Act as an advocate for clients, guiding them to articulate their goals and aspirations within the therapeutic process.
• Perform thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, developing customized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

Your clients will mainly include stable adults who have been carefully screened to ensure they are low acuity, allowing you to focus on impactful therapeutic work. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must possess a valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), issued by a state board. Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Ability to make sound clinical evaluations and decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation based on professional judgment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, embodying empathy and a supportive attitude towards clients.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation tools.

A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services is preferred, enabling you to bring a wealth of insight to your therapy sessions. Experience with telehealth practices is a plus, as it demonstrates adaptability to this evolving mode of mental health service delivery.

• Annual salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000, depending on experience, hours worked, and full-time vs. part-time status.
