The Role:
The Dyrt is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Advertising Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, outbound prospecting, and creating new business opportunities.

As a BDR, you'll help fuel The Dyrt's sales pipeline by identifying high-value prospects, executing personalized multi-channel outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our Senior Account Executives. You'll work closely with our Lead Generation leadership to execute proven outbound strategies while helping us continuously improve our prospecting efforts.

The Dyrt is also the #1 advertising platform for brands looking to get in front of campers in the US. The Dyrt is built by campers, for campers. Whether you're new to the outdoors or have been sleeping under the stars for decades, what matters is that you share that passion. We pride ourselves on a team that is down-to-earth, driven to execute beyond expectations, and have a daily drive to win.

This is a part-time, remote position. Employees are expected to maintain high-speed internet and a professional working environment sufficient for clear video conferencing during standard working hours. Must work in a U.S. time zone. Our founders even work from their van.

The Dyrt is an equal opportunity workplace. We believe that the outdoors are for everyone, and are committed to building an inclusive platform and community that celebrates all people.
