We provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a combination of in-person and telehealth services, in full compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services (MN DHS) standards.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee ABA treatment services while ensuring adherence to clinical and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, making data-driven modifications, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and as needed supervising clinical staff to foster strong clinical competencies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, clinical leadership, and a commitment to timely and accurate documentation to support optimal client care.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of ABA treatment services including assessments, programming, data review, parent training and care coordination
  • Ensure all services meet clinical, state, and insurance standards of care
  • Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, service modality, and transition or discharge planning in collaboration with families and other stakeholders
  • Evaluate and modify treatment plans based on data and client progress to ensure developmentally appropriate and socially valid outcomes
  • Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services
  • Foster the development of clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and independent skills among supervisees
  • Collaborate effectively with clinicians and cross-functional team members
  • Complete required administrative tasks in a timely manner including documentation, insurance reports, and funding-related forms

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or state licensure as a behavior analyst (must meet state-specific requirements)
  • Minnesota LBA.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism in home and/or clinic-based settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, family-centered care
