Job description

Audubon is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Reports to the Business Line Vice President/Manager. This is a remote position based out of our Tulsa, OK office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
  • Effectively applies Audubon methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
  • Leads and/or acts as a member of internal teams/task forces.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates Degree AND 7+ years of On the Job Training Education.
  • Preferred: BS Engineering
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of industry related experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
  • Experience Preferred: 10 years of field experience working within the Oil & Gas or Hydrocarbon Processing industries.
  • Organizes and develops highly functional and effective project teams.
  • Works to instill a sense of project ownership and accountability in the project team.
  • Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
