Job description

The Product Analyst helps shape how members experience Alliant every day, by using data to spotlight whatโ€™s working, whatโ€™s not, and where we can make the biggest difference. This role translates performance trends into clear, actionable recommendations that strengthen outcomes across our consumer products portfolio, partnering closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support both Deposit Products (checking/savings/certificates) and Consumer Lending Products (credit card, home, vehicle, and personal loans) through reporting, KPI measurement, and opportunity sizing. Youโ€™ll thrive in this role if youโ€™re energized by cross-team collaboration and motivated by making a measurable impact on customers.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Analyze member and product performance to surface trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reporting, and KPI definitions (metrics dictionary)
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and Operations to support data-informed decisions
  • Size opportunities (volumes, funnel steps, portfolio impact) to support prioritization and business cases
  • Run analyses to support roadmap choices and measure launch impact (experiments, pre/post, early indicators)
  • Validate data quality and document sources, assumptions, and methods
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to product and business stakeholders

Education & Years of Experience

  • Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or related
  • Minimum - 3 Years of Analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or a related (financial services experience a plus)

In Lieu of Education

  • 5 Years of Analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or a related (financial services experience a plus)

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:โ€โ€โ€Ž โ€Ž $63,300.00 to $98,500.00โ€Ž Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
