Part Time Remote Graphic Designer information

What is a part time remote graphic designer?

Part time remote graphic designers are creative professionals who work on graphic design projects for clients or employers, but do so from a location outside the traditional office, such as their home. They typically work fewer hours than full-time employees, allowing for flexible schedules. Their responsibilities include creating visual content like logos, advertisements, social media graphics, and marketing materials. Remote graphic designers collaborate with clients or teams online, using digital tools to communicate and deliver completed work. This role is ideal for those seeking work-life balance and the ability to work from anywhere.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a part time remote graphic designer?

To thrive as a Part Time Remote Graphic Designer, you need a solid grasp of design principles, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a portfolio demonstrating creative work. Familiarity with digital collaboration tools like Slack, Trello, and cloud-based file sharing, as well as experience with web design tools such as Figma or Sketch, are typically expected. Strong communication, time management, and self-motivation are crucial soft skills for remote work success. These abilities ensure you can deliver high-quality designs efficiently, collaborate effectively with teams, and meet client expectations in a remote environment.

How do part time remote graphic designers typically collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project success?

Part-time remote graphic designers often use digital collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, and Zoom to stay connected with clients and team members. Regular check-ins, clear communication of project milestones, and sharing design drafts through cloud platforms like Google Drive or Adobe Creative Cloud are essential practices. Designers must be proactive in seeking feedback and clarifying expectations to avoid misunderstandings. Flexibility and strong organizational skills help manage multiple projects and deadlines while working independently. Building a strong rapport with clients and colleagues fosters smooth workflows and successful project outcomes.

Job description

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Part-Time
Remote | Active Michigan PMHNP License Required
โ™ฅ Make an Impact. Practice with Flexibility. Grow With Us.
Backpack Healthcare is growing our Michigan clinical team! We're looking for a compassionate, clinically strong PMHNP who wants the flexibility of part-time telehealth practice without giving up the collaboration and support that make great clinical care possible.
Backpack Healthcare provides accessible mental health care to children, teens, and young adults through telehealth. We're clinician-led and minority-owned, and our PMHNPs don't work in isolation.
You'll be part of an integrated care team alongside therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators, all working together to support the same child and family.
Whether you're supplementing an existing role, balancing family commitments, or expanding your telehealth practice, this role is designed to give you flexibility while keeping the clinical work meaningful.
Compensation + Monthly Bonus Potential
We believe clinicians should be rewarded for the important work they do.
Our PMHNP compensation includes:
  • $100 per completed psychiatric intake
  • $40 per completed follow-up session
  • Monthly bonus potential based on eligible clinical and performance metrics
  • Opportunities for professional growth and increased earning potential as Backpack continues to expand
Additional Benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • โ™ฅ Medical, dental, and vision for eligible team members
  • PTO based on employment status
  • CEU reimbursement
  • Clinical mentorship and case consultation
  • Collaborative interdisciplinary clinical team
  • 100% remote telehealth practice

Build a schedule that works for your life while creating meaningful earning opportunities and making a difference for kids and families.
What You'll Do
You'll provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children, teens, and young adults through telehealth, with a focus on evidence-based, family-centered treatment.
Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is required-that's when families are most available for care.
Your day-to-day will include:
Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and developing diagnostic formulations
Creating individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients and families
Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications while monitoring effectiveness, safety, and clinical progress
Providing brief supportive interventions and psychoeducation alongside medication management
Collaborating with therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators through regular case consultation
Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EHR
Educating patients and families about diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and expected outcomes
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a PMHNP who has:
โ€ข An active, unrestricted Michigan PMHNP license
Multi-state or compact licensure preferred
โ€ข PMHNP-BC board certification
โ€ข An active DEA license
โ€ข A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
โ€ข Experience with-or a strong interest in-working with children, adolescents, and families
โ€ข Comfort working independently in a telehealth environment
โ€ข Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and genuine empathy
โ˜† New graduates are welcome to apply!
Why Backpack Healthcare?
Since 2020, we've served 12,000+ kids and families, and 78% of families report that their child is doing better after three months.
We built Backpack because the traditional mental healthcare model wasn't working-for kids, families, or the clinicians trying to help them.
We're creating a different kind of clinical environment: one where providers have flexibility, support, meaningful collaboration, and room to grow.
When clinicians thrive, kids thrive. That's not a tagline. It's how we build.
Ready to Join Us?
If you're a Michigan PMHNP looking for flexible part-time telehealth work, transparent per-session compensation, monthly bonus potential, and a collaborative clinical team, we'd love to hear from you.
Bring your clinical expertise. We'll bring the support, referrals, and opportunity to grow. โ™ฅ
Apply today and help us build healthier futures-one child, one family, and one community at a time.
Backpack Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity in age, background, identity, and experience-and we mean it.
