Job description

Lift Business Resources is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the owner of a small, growing law firm specializing in appellate work. This role combines executive, administrative, travel, and light personal scheduling support. Experience working in a law firm or legal environment is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Track tasks, deadlines, commitments, and outstanding items
  • Maintain an organized system for priorities and ongoing responsibilities
  • Proactively follow up on open items and help keep work moving forward
  • Coordinate family and school-related calendars and logistics
  • Capture and organize requests received through email, messages, or voice notes
  • Research and handle administrative requests
  • Provide regular updates on priorities, progress, and next steps
Travel Support
Travel is a regular part of the executive's schedule. Responsibilities may include:
  • Researching and booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Organizing itineraries and confirmations
  • Managing travel changes and disruptions
  • Coordinating business and personal logistics around trips
  • Maintaining travel preferences and helping anticipate upcoming needs
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of executive assistant or high-level administrative support experience
