We are seeking a talented, strategic, and creative Creative Manager to lead and support creative initiatives across the organization. The Creative Manager will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to transform ideas into compelling creative projects across digital, marketing, branding, social media, and other communication channels.

• Lead creative projects from concept through completion.
• Develop and maintain creative strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and guide creative team members, freelancers, and external partners as needed.
• Review creative concepts, designs, written content, campaigns, and other deliverables.
• Establish and maintain brand standards and visual consistency.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in creative management, creative direction, marketing, branding, or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality work.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Base Salary: $125,000–$135,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and role scope.
