About the Job
We're hiring a part-time Content Specialist to plan, write, and sharpen the content that carries our brand(s). Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, this role should be a perfect balance of creative and strategic: someone who enjoys storytelling and knows how to analyze content marketing performance to make improvements.
As our Content Specialist, you'll write compelling copy for various platforms, shape and maintain our brand voice, and develop engaging content that resonates with our audience. You'll write and edit across multiple formats and channels, then use performance data to refine what you publish.
Our ideal candidate is a strong writer and self-starter with sharp editorial judgment, an analytical mindset, and a passion for continuous learning. If you work well in a collaborative environment where you can apply both creative and analytical thinking to drive content results, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
  • Write copy for various content types, including but not limited to blogs, long-form guides, landing pages, offers, industry reports, email, and social media captions.
  • Follow SEO and GEO/AEO best practices, creating content that ranks highly in organic search and gets cited by LLMs.
  • Build/stage assets and monitor content performance in our CMS, HubSpot.
  • Maintain brand voice and tone across content types.
  • Brainstorm new ways to increase visibility and improve organic metrics, like session to contact rate.
  • Ideate, execute, and measure the performance of all planned content types.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, media, or related field
  • 2+ years in content marketing
  • Experience writing content (including blogs, long-form guides, and landing pages) and optimizing it for SEO/GEO/AEO
  • Proficiency in content management systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Exposure to performance data and analyzing content marketing metrics
  • Strategic thinker who can adapt, pivot, and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Strong communicator
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable adhering to multiple brand style guidelines and preferences
  • Ability to meet hard deadlines and communicate project status updates
Nice-To-Haves
  • Agency experience
  • Keyword research experience
  • Basic A/B testing experience
  • Basic design skills (e.g. Canva)
  • Experience with AI tools (Claude preferred)
  • Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and Semrush
  • Experience working for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company

Benefits
What We Offer
  • Part Time Employees accrue Paid Time Off
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a rapidly growing company.
  • Fun and collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.

Compensation: $28-30 per hour, estimated 20 hours a week.
