Work Environment

This role will be conducted in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your home while ensuring flexibility in your work schedule. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist primary care providers by identifying and addressing mental health and psychosocial issues, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with agency and healthcare standards.
  • Educate patients on self-management skills and promote healthier lifestyle choices.
  • Provide insightful consultations regarding behavioral services and contribute to program evaluations in consultation with clinic management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will support a diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.
