Job description

The position: We're looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can lead the design, development, integration and maintenance of a variety of IT applications, including custom technologies and reporting solutions to enhance the effectiveness and overall impact of business operations. The Location: 101 Elliott Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119 The ideal candidate will have: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Four years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree. Web or SQL development certifications highly desirable. Experience: 8+ years of web development, including AI-assisted tools.

At least 3 years of .NET development; AI/LLM integration preferred. 5+ years of relational database and Entity Framework experience, ideally with SQL Server. Equivalent combinations of experience, training, and education may be considered

What will you do. Build and support software solutions across design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, including troubleshooting to resolve performance and data integrity issues. Design and develop advanced T-SQL queries and optimized database objects with proper documentation for high-performance SQL Server environments.

Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to assess business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications. Develop and maintain system integrations using appropriate tools and services to ensure efficient data flow between internal platforms and external services. Contribute to continuous improvement of technology, tools, and development processes.

Participate in developing and implementing goals, work plans, performance measures, and service delivery improvements while working well with others and performing effectively under pressure.
