Job description

Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Statesville or Mooresville, North Carolina

Setting: In-home with hybrid remote flexibility (up to 50% remote services permitted based on North Carolina regulations)

Population Served: Children and adolescents ages 3–18

Years in Operation: Founded in 2016


What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and progress.
  • Supervise and support a team of RBTs through ongoing training, feedback, and clinical guidance.
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make treatment modifications based on client outcomes.
  • Partner closely with families, schools, and other providers to help clients generalize skills across environments.
  • Complete clinical documentation and maintain ethical, HIPAA-compliant practices using approved documentation systems.
  • Enjoy significant autonomy over your schedule while receiving support from leadership whenever you need it.


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: 8–10 clients

Billable hour expectations: 25 hours per week

  • Flexible scheduling based around both your availability and your clients' schedules

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary:

  • $75,000–$90,000 annually
  • $75–$90/hour, depending on full-time or part-time employment and experience

Bonus structure: Performance bonus opportunities available

PTO: Accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked (up to 40 hours annually)
