Job description

Remote Customer Service Specialist

Remote Customer Service Specialist Job Description:

  • Manage live deliveries for VIP customers
  • Will be communicating via phone calls and text messages
  • Seeking someone that can multi-task, make real time calls for dasher, customer, and store operators.
  • Utilize Google sheets and Zoom
  • Calling proficiency required.

Remote Customer Service Specialist Duration:

  • Contract will last through end of 2026. Could be extended further!

Remote Customer Service Specialist Hours:

  • Will work 30 hours per week and must be flexible with schedule!
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends!

Candidate must have at least 1 year of call center experience with 3-5 years preferred!

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buckeye, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
