This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of your own home. • Provide individualized, one-on-one counseling sessions via video chat to adults facing various emotional and mental health challenges.

• Engage clients in dialogue to explore their feelings and experiences, fostering personal insight and relationship understanding.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify emotional and mental disorders, including anxiety, depression, stress, and grief.

• Formulate and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients’ progress throughout treatment, implementing adjustments to their plans as needed to promote positive outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable adults who have been carefully screened to ensure they present with low acuity issues. This focus allows you to concentrate your efforts on clients who are ready to engage with the therapeutic process, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the counseling you provide.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active, independent license in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• No provisional or limited licenses or disciplinary actions against your practice.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with telehealth technology.

In addition to the qualifications, successful candidates will possess:

• Experience in providing telehealth services, particularly via video conferencing platforms.

• Advanced interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients compassionately and respectfully.

• A demonstrated ability to create and adjust treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
