Job Description:

  • Provide technical support to field representatives via phone, email, and remote access.

  • Conduct thorough checkout procedures to verify completion of field tasks and identify potential issues.

  • Capture and review video recordings of fieldwork to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Escalate complex technical or procedural issues to level 2 support for resolution.

  • Assist field representatives with system access, troubleshooting, and locating job instructions.

  • Audit survey photos to assess job completion accuracy and escalate discrepancies.

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and correspondence.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
