• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing to enhance clients' mental health.
• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to explore their emotions and life experiences, fostering greater self-awareness.
• Act as an advocate for clients by helping them articulate personal goals and aspirations.
• Evaluate clients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans based on your clinical expertise.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the State of New Jersey, enabling you to practice independently without supervision.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic assessment skills, ensuring the delivery of accurate and effective treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach to therapy.
• Proficient computer skills for managing digital documentation and telehealth systems.

• Prior experience managing a caseload independently and demonstrating effective treatment planning.
• Experience in telehealth services or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• A background in providing solution-based therapies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with your level of experience and hours worked.
