As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video conferencing to support clients in enhancing their mental health.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of a full, unencumbered state-issued Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential; limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations, clinical decision-making, and treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and a strong dedication to client welfare.
• Proficient computer literacy, which includes experience with telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping.

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, candidates with an extensive background in therapeutic practices or specialized training in areas such as trauma, family dynamics, or anxiety management will be viewed favorably.
