Location: US-based, but 100% remote is acceptable.
Commission/Bonus potential: $10K-$20K average per year
Experience: 0-2 years of recruiting experience
Hours: 40-80 hours/month (flexible, especially during school semesters)
Scout Solutions is looking for a Technical Recruiting & Market Intelligence Intern to support our team with sourcing technical talent and identifying market opportunities across the private sector. This role is ideal for someone interested in technology, recruiting, and startup or agency environments. You'll help build pipelines for positions like Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, and other IT professionals, while also helping us identify companies with growing tech teams and open hiring needs.
This remote, part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to break into technical recruiting or talent intelligence.
Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates for technical positions using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and boolean search
  • Review resumes and conduct outreach to prospective candidates
  • Research and track companies with active tech hiring (e.g., startups, mid-size firms, growing enterprises)
  • Identify industry trends, emerging tech sectors, and hiring patterns
