At Nolia Health, our Care Consultants are often the very first person a family talks to.

You may be exactly who we're looking for if:

• You build trust fast. Within the first few minutes of a call, people feel comfortable being honest with you.

• You listen more than you talk. You adapt every conversation to the person in front of you - no two calls are the same, and you're comfortable working without a script.

• You're genuinely warm and human on the phone. Not scripted, not transactional - people can tell you actually care.

• You can sit with someone in a hard, emotional moment - a new diagnosis, caregiver burnout, financial stress - and still gently move the conversation forward.

• You're comfortable being measured. You like having clear goals (calls, appointments, enrollments) because you know hitting them means more families get help.

• You're organized enough to follow through, even while juggling a lot of conversations at once.

• No specific degree or industry background required. What matters most is how you show up on the phone - many of the best Care Consultants come from caregiving, customer service, or sales, but plenty come from somewhere else entirely.

• Field inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from families and referral partners seeking help.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand what a caregiver or family actually needs, and help them find the right next step.
• Walk families through Nolia's programs and services, including answering insurance-related questions.
• Schedule appointments and keep accurate, timely notes in our CRM.
• Work closely with clinicians and care navigators to make sure families are handed off smoothly.
• Balance genuine empathy with clear daily goals around call volume, appointments, and enrollments.

• It's a great fit for someone re-entering the workforce - for example, a parent who's been focused on raising kids or caring for a family member and is ready to work again.
• It's remote, flexible, and hourly, so it can fit around the rest of your life.
• It's meaningful work - you'll be genuinely helping families navigate one of the hardest moments they'll face.
• No formal healthcare background is required. If you've cared for a parent or spouse, raised a family, or simply know how to really talk to people, that experience counts here.

• Fully remote.
• Flexible schedule, part-time hours.
• Hourly pay: $20-$24/hour, depending on experience.
• Performance expectations tied to call activity, appointment scheduling, and program enrollment.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, client success, inside sales, care coordination, patient access, or operational support roles.
• Experience working with older adults, family caregivers, healthcare organizations, behavioral health, social services.
• Familiarity with dementia care, caregiving challenges, aging-related conditions, or healthcare navigation is a plus.
• Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing organization is a plus.
