As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating all trip components including, air, hotels, car rentals, theme park tickets, event tickets and any other travel needs necessary for corporate and leisure travelers. And you won't believe all the amazing perks that are available!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Researching. We go that extra mile finding out everything about the destination, weather, customs, special activities the clients should do, and more We prove to the clients that we can provide more value for them than they can find booking it on their own.
  • Booking. Book all travel plans as needed for your clients. This may include booking: Hotels, Resorts, Car Rentals, Airport transfers, Airfare, Cruises, Tours & Activities, Concert/Sporting Event/Theme Park tickets and more. But we also have access to vendors that deal in wholesale pricing to get even better deals for your clients.
  • Client relationships. Develop a rapport with clients to get all the info you need, to book any type of travel, whether it be cruise, resort, groups, or more. By providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after their vacation, that ensures you will have that client for life. By maintaining excellent client records, you will be able to assist repeat clients more easily.
  • Education. The travel industry is continually changing. We have daily trainings on new products like resorts, cruise destinations, and even specials that aren't available to the general public.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a smartphone, tablet and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
  • Must be willing to learn and be coachable
  • Must be self-motivated and have a passion for helping others
  • Open to and comfortable with various Social Media platforms
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (sales or customer service background a plus but not required)
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills
  • Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision

  • 100% Flexible schedule Set your own hours
  • Deeply discounted travel for yourself, including some free perks
  • Free 3-30 day Cruise after completing vendor training (must pay port taxes & fees)

It is so rewarding to make people's dream vacations a reality. If you are stressing over childcare, then why not give this opportunity a try? Don't miss out on those important milestones again; your baby's first step, first word, a ball game or recital. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be there, because your schedule is flexible. Why not help people go on fabulous vacations? Where else can you travel anytime, making your own vacation memories for unbelievably discounted rates?
