Marketing Web Designer

Part-Time | Remote

Silvernail Web Design is growing, and we're looking for someone who can help us build websites that actually generate business for our clients.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to make things look pretty.

We're looking for a designer who understands marketing, user experience, and how to turn a website visitor into a lead.

Most of our clients are service businesses, healthcare practices, nonprofits, and local organizations. We build websites, create content, run marketing campaigns, and help businesses grow.

If you're the type of person who can take a project, figure out what needs to happen, and move it forward without constant supervision, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing pages and websites in WordPress

  • Building pages in Thrive Architect, Thrive Theme Builder, and Elementor

  • Creating landing pages and service pages

  • Updating existing client websites

  • Creating graphics for websites, social media, and email campaigns

  • Helping improve user experience and conversion rates

  • Working with content writers and marketers to bring campaigns to life

  • Managing your assigned tasks inside Motion

  • Local SEO

  • Social media content creation

What Success Looks Like

After 30 days, you're confidently making updates to client websites and contributing to active projects.

After 60 days, you're building pages with minimal oversight and helping move projects forward.

After 90 days, you're owning portions of projects from start to finish and helping reduce bottlenecks across the agency.

A Few Things That Matter Here

We're a small team.

Communication matters.

Problem-solving matters.

Meeting deadlines matters.

If you're stuck, ask questions. But we also expect people to think critically and try to solve problems before escalating them.

We care more about results than titles.

We care more about execution than perfection.

Hours & Compensation

  • Part-time

  • Approximately 15-25 hours per week

  • $22-$35 per hour based on experience

Company Description

Silvernail Web Design is a digital marketing agency that helps service businesses, healthcare practices, nonprofits, and local organizations grow through better websites, SEO, content, and automation.
We believe great marketing should do more than look good. It should generate leads, build trust, and help our clients achieve meaningful growth.
Our team works closely with business owners to create websites and marketing systems that drive real results, including more calls, more appointments, more donations, and more opportunities.
Because we’re a small, growing shop, you won’t be a tiny cog in a big agency machine. You’ll work directly with the owner, have real creative input, and see your designs go from idea to live launch quickly. One week you might be building a site for an acupuncturist, the next you’re designing an email campaign or social graphics for a contractor or nonprofit.
We value clear communication, initiative, and a genuine desire to keep learning. Our workflow is mostly remote and flexible, with modern tools and documented processes to keep projects moving smoothly. If you want a place where you can sharpen your web and marketing skills, create work you’re proud of, and grow as the company grows, Silvernail Web Design is a great fit.
