As a Vetta Referee, you will be responsible for officiating and controlling soccer games, ensuring fair play, and managing player behavior. You will be crucial in upholding the integrity of our programs by ensuring all participants understand and adhere to the rules, making unbiased calls with confidence, and effectively resolving conflicts on the field.
Responsibilities:
  • Game Officiation: Officiate soccer games across various Vetta Sports programs, ensuring adherence to the specific rules and regulations of each league or program.
  • Rule Enforcement: Possess a thorough understanding of soccer rules and effectively communicate and enforce them to all players and coaches.
  • Player and Game Control: Maintain control over the game and player behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful playing environment for all participants.
  • Game Management: Accurately keep track of calls made, manage game timing, and record scores.
  • Unbiased Decision-Making: Make fair, consistent, and unbiased calls with confidence, demonstrating impartiality in all situations.
