Assists patients with inquires of all types to include scheduling, medication refills, referral information, lab/test results, and other general information regarding MTCH practices. Responsible for completing the registration process, obtaining signatures on release and consent forms, verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information, and collecting fees.
