Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment finance industry for over 25 years, is seeking a self-motivated Part Time Receptionist to join our headquarters team in Sandy, Utah.

Essential Functions

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, guests, and employees with exceptional customer service
  • Maintain building security by verifying visitors and managing visitor/employee sign-in and sign-out procedures
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and other office support duties as needed
  • Complete general office projects and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and customer service mindset
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
