We are seeking a Part-Time Real Estate Paralegal to support a well-established practice handling residential closings, standard commercial transactions, and leasing matters. This role offers the chance to stay active in real estate law while enjoying reduced hours, flexibility, and stability with a well-regarded firm.

Whether you have commercial real estate experience or a strong residential real estate background, this is a great opportunity to stay engaged in the field on a part-time basis.

Compensation & Highlights
  • Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • This part-time schedule runs Monday–Friday during standard business hours, 24-30 hours per week, with direct interaction with attorneys, title companies, and clients.
Responsibilities of the Part-Time Real Estate Paralegal:
  • Support real estate transactions from contract through closing.
  • Review title and basic due diligence materials.
  • Prepare and organize real estate and closing documents.
  • Track transaction timelines and deadlines.
  • Conduct public records searches as needed.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Assist with closing preparation and settlement documentation.
