Instructor - Part Time (Real Estate Property Management Applicant Pool)
Job Summary
Classroom instructors needed to teach the following courses in the Real Estate Property Management (RE) program:
  • RE 101 Introduction to Property Management
  • RE 110 Real Estate Pre-Licensure
  • RE 150 Residential and Commercial Property Management
  • RE 290 Real Estate Internship

Job Duties
Effectively instruct and assess the knowledge, skills, and dispositions of the students based on program standards.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Property Management or related area.
  2. Current Real Estate or Brokerage License.
  3. Five (5) years of relevant industry experience in a management role.
  4. Possessing a minimum of 1 earned (course-appropriate ) nationally recognized professional certificate.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Master's degree in Business (MBA, MA, or MS) with emphasis on Property Management.
  2. Possessing a minimum of 2 earned (course-appropriate ) nationally recognized professional certificate.
  3. Teaching experience in a Higher Education setting.
  4. Interest and experience in teaching courses online.
