We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support a well-established practice handling residential closings, standard commercial transactions, and leasing matters. Compensation & Highlights
Compensation:
  • $25 - $30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • This part-time schedule runs Monday–Friday during standard business hours, 24-30 hours per week, with direct interaction with attorneys, title companies, and clients.

Responsibilities of the Real Estate Paralegal:
  • Support real estate transactions from contract through closing.
  • Review title and basic due diligence materials.
  • Prepare and organize real estate and closing documents.
  • Track transaction timelines and deadlines.
  • Conduct public records searches as needed.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and clients throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications of the Real Estate Paralegal:
