Spanish Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Make a Difference in Alexandria, VA

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Alexandria, VA. As a part-time RBT, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a child, build a meaningful connection, and play an important part in their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy in the client's home

  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA

  • Help your client build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

  • Use engaging and motivating teaching strategies tailored to the child

  • Collect session data and complete documentation

  • Partner with families and your clinical team to support progress
