Hello ABA is hiring caring, energetic, and motivated individuals for an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) role on our growing team. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about helping children thrive and want meaningful work to create real change.

We are a warm, family-focused ABA therapy practice committed to delivering exceptional care for children with autism in home and special education settings. In this flexible part-time Registered Behavior Technician position, you’ll work one-on-one with children, help them build life-changing skills, and be supported by a team that truly values you.

What You’ll Do
● Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings
● Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills
● Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA in your role as an RBT
● Track progress and collect session data accurately
● Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates
● Continue developing your skills through ongoing RBT training and support

What We’re Looking For
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Passion for working with children and helping others succeed
● Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
● Experience in childcare, autism support, or special education is a plus
● Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days
● Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
● Current RBT certification preferred (but not required—we’ll help you get there)
