Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

  • Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

  • Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.

  • Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.

  • Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
