We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Applied Behavioral Analyst (ABA) Technician to support individuals and families receiving behavioral health services in hospital, residential, and outpatient settings. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), this role implements behavior intervention plans and supports person-centered, recovery-focused care across diverse populations.

Applied Behavioral Analyst (ABA) Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient behavior and treatment progress
  • Apply ABA principles to support behavior change and skill development
  • Collaborate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team
  • Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with patients and families
  • Utilize approved tools and processes to measure and track behavioral outcomes
  • Assist in identifying barriers to treatment and support strategies to address them
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policies and procedures

Applied Behavioral Analyst (ABA) Qualifications:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
  • BCaBA certification preferred
  • Education or experience related to Autism Spectrum Disorder and behavioral health
  • Training or education in applied behavior analysis principles
  • Graduate coursework in psychology, social work, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide culturally inclusive, compassionate care
  • Ability to work independently and manage stressful situations
  • Valid Michigan driver's license may be required
