Job description

Think ABA is currently seeking to fill a Part-Time RBT/BT position immediately in Rochester Hills, Michigan.


Below are the important details of the position:

Position: Registered Behaviour Technician (Part-Time)

Location: Oakland and Macomb Counties, Metro Detroit
Time Schedule: 3 PM - 8 PM (20 hours per week)

Job Overview:

Make A Difference: Support Children’s growth and skill development in their homes and community.

Supporting Team: Receive ongoing training, guidance and mentorship from a dedicated, passionate team.

Job Duties:

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision.

  • Collect and graph session data for progress tracking.

  • Teach new communication, social, and daily living skills.

  • Manage and reduce challenging behaviors in a natural setting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Patience and empathy for children and families.

  • Reliability, punctuality and a consistent schedule.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to pass a background check.


Compensation:

  • Competitive compensation starting at 25USD/hour.

  • Increases based on experience and credentials (e.g. RBT license).

Additional Bonus:
The company may help obtain the RBT license, and get a $500 bonus and a $2 raise upon passing the RBT exam.
