Job description

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.

To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

What We’re Looking For:*

  • Active RBT Certification
  • Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!)
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be available to work M-F 10a to 2p
  • Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
